Technical Lead AI Stack, Staff Engineer on Qualcomm's Engineering Group, Software Engineering. Leads end-to-end program execution across multiple Agile teams delivering AI software stack components, establishing cadence, and ensuring transparent, data‑driven decision‑making. Based in Bangalore, India, on-site with hybrid collaboration across global teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end program execution across Agile teams for AI stack components
• Own and maintain integrated plan aligning roadmaps, milestones, and capacity
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into backlog and release plans
• Establish Agile operating cadences and drive cross‑team alignment via Scrum‑of‑Scrums
• Coordinate execution across distributed teams, managing dependencies and risks
• Create transparent program reporting with Agile metrics and delivery confidence
• Coach teams on Agile practices to improve flow efficiency and collaboration

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years program/project management in Agile environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills influencing outcomes without direct authority
• Experience with AI/ML software systems and cross‑functional delivery
