About the role
Insights team builds a research platform that delivers teleconferences, surveys and events for institutional investors. The Senior Analyst monitors public and private Medtech, Lifesciences tools and Healthcare Services companies, creates original content, moderates expert teleconferences and ensures compliance. Based in Mumbai or Pune, hybrid work model with occasional onsite days, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Monitor coverage universe of Medtech and Healthcare Services firms
- Generate original discussion topics and event ideas
- Create and moderate teleconferences with industry experts
- Review transcripts and summarize key insights
- Ensure compliance with Guidepoint policies
- Recruit and vet new experts for the network
- Maintain relationships with experts and clients
What you’ll bring
- PhD or Masters in STEM or Life Sciences
- 5+ years in financial services or research focusing on EMEA Medtech
- Understanding of buy‑side/sell‑side research workflows
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Fluent English communication
Nice to have
- Experience creating and moderating expert teleconferences
- Ability to track industry trends, earnings releases and investor presentations
- Proficiency in recruiting and managing expert network relationships
