About the role

Tech S and T-Tech Cloud team at EY builds AIOps and automation platforms to enhance proactive incident management and operational efficiency. The Senior Engineer designs, deploys, and optimizes AIOps solutions across hybrid cloud environments, creates automation scripts, and advises clients on observability strategies. What you’ll do

• Design, deploy and optimize AIOps platforms for intelligent alerting and incident prevention
• Integrate AIOps tools with ITSM and CMDB systems
• Develop automation scripts using Terraform, Python, Shell or PowerShell
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot implementations for clients
• Create dashboards and visualizations for client engagement
• Collaborate with SRE, ITSM and platform teams to align initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5-6 years experience in AIOps/Observability
• Hands‑on with Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog or ServiceNow
• Automation scripting in Python, Shell or PowerShell
• Hybrid cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes
• Client‑facing advisory or consulting background
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
