About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation, Tech M&A team at Accenture helps global clients navigate technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. The Manager leads technology workstreams, develops Day 1 readiness and TSA strategies, and drives integration and separation planning across applications, cloud and infrastructure. Role is based on‑site in major Indian cities (Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) with a full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Lead technology workstreams across M&A engagements
• Develop Day 1 readiness and TSA strategies
• Drive integration and separation planning for applications, infrastructure and cloud
• Support IMO and SMO governance, planning and execution tracking
• Assess technology costs, risks and synergies
• Facilitate decision‑making with senior client stakeholders
• Lead delivery teams, manage financials and staffing
• Create executive‑level presentations and business cases

What you’ll bring

• MBA preferred
• 8-15 years consulting or technology advisory experience
• Experience supporting Technology M&A transactions
• Sign‑to‑close planning and post‑signing execution
• Experience leading workstreams in IMO or SMO
• Technology integration, separation, Day 1 readiness, TSA strategy
• Domain expertise in IT Infrastructure & Cloud, ERP, or Enterprise Architecture
• Strong analytical and executive presentation skills
