About the role
Netradyne’s Device Health & Monitoring team builds scalable backend services that monitor IoT fleet devices for health, status, and root‑cause analysis. The role designs and implements high‑performance APIs and data pipelines that process hundreds of millions of sensor events daily, while mentoring junior engineers and owning the full SDLC. Located in Whitefield, Bangalore, the position is on‑site (5 days WFO).
What you’ll do
- Design and develop high‑performance backend services for device health monitoring
- Implement device online/offline detection and recovery mechanisms
- Build scalable data pipelines for real‑time sensor events
- Design APIs with low response times for large data sets
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Debug complex issues and analyze root causes
- Own full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate across cross‑functional teams
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years experience in backend engineering
- Java, Spring Boot, ORM
- SQL, NoSQL database design
- Cloud‑hosted SaaS architecture
- Large‑scale data processing
- API design for low latency
- AWS experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
