About the role
HCM Transformation Office at The Hackett Group drives global Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. The Senior Consultant/Team Lead partners with HR stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning solutions, leading workshops, fit‑gap analyses, and change‑management activities. Hyderabad, India office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Act as functional SME for Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and fit‑gap analysis
- Translate business needs into functional designs and configurations
- Design best‑practice HR processes aligned with Oracle Cloud
- Support data migration mapping, validation, and cleansing
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations
- Participate in SIT/UAT testing and validate business scenarios
- Lead user training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support
What you’ll bring
- 2+ Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects
- Deep knowledge of global HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules
- Experience collaborating with US‑based stakeholders
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to configure workforce structures and HR policies
- Proficiency with OTBI reporting tools
- Certified Oracle Cloud HCM Functional
