About the role
FAH Functional Consulting at The Hackett Group delivers end-to-end Oracle Financial Accounting Hub implementations for US‑based finance clients. The Senior Consultant leads solution design, configuration, testing and hyper‑care support while coordinating onshore and offshore teams and ensuring a minimum four‑hour overlap with US business hours. Telangana, India office, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead requirement gathering and solution design workshops
- Configure FAH components and accounting transformations
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and data mapping
- Conduct unit, SIT and UAT testing and resolve defects
- Prepare functional design, test scripts and training materials
- Support deployment and provide hyper‑care production support
- Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery and mentor junior members
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Oracle Financials implementations
- 3+ years Oracle FAH hands‑on
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance or EBS
- Excellent communication with US stakeholders
- Ability to work 4+ hour US overlap
