About the role

Business Systems team at Fastly builds and maintains the billing and revenue operations platform, spanning Salesforce CPQ, LogiSense, and NetSuite. The Salesforce Systems Administrator ensures system health, configures CPQ, resolves data discrepancies, and automates billing workflows while supporting end‑users and collaborating with developers and finance stakeholders. Pune, India, on‑site role with core business hours and on‑call rotation.

What you’ll do

• Administer Salesforce for Billing Operations team
• Configure and maintain CPQ product catalog, pricing, and quoting
• Investigate and resolve billing data discrepancies across systems
• Implement custom fields, objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules
• Provide escalated user support and on‑call rotation
• Collaborate on business requirements and system enhancements
• Monitor system performance and data integrity
• Document configurations and processes

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Salesforce administration
• Salesforce CPQ configuration
• Quote-to-Cash process expertise
• Billing systems experience (LogiSense/NetSuite)
• Integration platform experience (Workato)
• Lightning environment proficiency
• SOQL query writing
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
