About the role

Strategy and Architecture (SnA) organization’s Data and AI Studio team drives enterprise data engineering and AI/ML ecosystem innovation. The role leads architecture vision, mentors engineers, and builds AI agent‑driven development platforms while collaborating across product and platform teams. Hyderabad, Hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and maintain reference architectures for data engineering, data science, and AI studio products
• Guide cross‑functional teams to adopt AI agent‑driven development workflows
• Create capability maps, innovation trend analyses, and architecture blueprints
• Lead hands‑on proof‑of‑concepts and technical problem‑solving
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years data engineering and data science leadership
• Expertise in AWS, Databricks, Dataiku, Matillion, DBT, Airflow
• Design and implementation of AI agents and GenAI integration
• Strong data architecture, modeling, and governance knowledge
• Proven stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Experience mentoring technical teams
