About the role
Axis Bank Ltd. seeks a Branch Relationship Head in Thrissur to lead retail banking strategy and customer engagement. The role involves managing a team of 5-7 Relationship Managers, overseeing portfolio growth, and driving cross-sell initiatives. This is an on-site position based in Thrissur.
What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 Relationship Managers
- Drive liability book growth and fee income metrics
- Oversee customer portfolio management for ETB and NTB segments
- Conduct joint calls and supervisory reviews with RMs
- Develop strategies to increase product cross-sell and customer experience
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely closure
- Recruit and train the relationship management team
- Collaborate with Branch Heads and product teams to drive organizational goals
What you’ll bring
- Post-graduation degree required
- 10-13 years of experience in Banking/Financial services
- Prior leadership experience in branch banking
- Knowledge of banking products and processes
- NRI Product and Regulatory knowledge
