What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 Relationship Managers
- Drive liability book growth and fee income metrics
- Oversee customer portfolio quality and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct joint calls and supervisory reviews with RMs
- Collaborate with Branch Heads and product teams for business generation
- Manage customer complaints and service issue closures
- Recruit, train, and certify the relationship management team
- Develop strategies to acquire New-To-Bank customers
What you’ll bring
- Post-graduate degree required
- 10-13 years of banking/financial services experience
- Prior leadership experience in branch banking
- Knowledge of banking products and NRI regulations
