About the role

This Associate Vice President Software Engineer role is based in Chennai or Bengaluru with a full-time commitment. You will engineer and maintain high-performance, secure solutions within feature teams, collaborating with architects and business analysts to deliver complex software and tools. The position involves managing the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and operations. This on-site position requires eight years of experience in software engineering and architecture.

• Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, and secure solutions
• Design, produce, test, and implement working code rapidly and of high quality
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform
• Work across the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and operations
• Optimize software engineering capability and solve complex analytical problems

What you’ll bring

• At least eight years of experience in software engineering, design, and architecture
• Data Engineering expertise in designing ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Database Engineering experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and AuroraDB
• Python development skills for data processing, automation, and AI/ML integration
• Experience with DevOps, Testing, and Agile methodology toolsets
