About the role
NTT DATA seeks a Client Project Manager to lead delivery of client initiatives. The role drives projects from concept through implementation, managing scope, budget, schedule and quality while ensuring client satisfaction. Based in Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.
What you’ll do
- Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects
- Interface with all project stakeholders from concept to implementation
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Handle client escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Document and mitigate risks and issues
- Provide pre‑sales support and develop proposals
- Identify opportunities to expand services
- Coordinate project team activities
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business or project management
- PMP certification
- ITIL certification
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience in multinational professional services
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage scope and change
