EIC Intern

About the role

The EIC Intern role at Cushman & Wakefield in Gurgaon, India supports strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites. Day-to-day work includes analyzing manpower, complaints, audits, compliance, and asset performance data; preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations; conducting benchmarking studies; and assisting with SOPs, trackers, and process improvement. The intern coordinates with site teams and stakeholders, supports audit tracking and corrective actions, and contributes to special projects on workplace experience, operational efficiency, sustainability, and client satisfaction. This is an on-site, full-time internship.

What you’ll do

• Support strategic and operational improvement initiatives across managed sites
• Analyze data related to manpower, complaints, audits, compliance, asset performance, and service delivery
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business review summaries
• Conduct benchmarking studies for manpower deployment, operational costs, and site performance
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvement opportunities
• Support development of SOPs, trackers, checklists, and operational frameworks
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze operational data
• Assist in audit tracking, non-compliance analysis, and corrective action monitoring

What you’ll bring

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, Engineering, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field
• Interest in Facility Management, Workplace Operations, or Corporate Real Estate
• Basic understanding of soft services, technical services, audits, compliance, or site operations
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent computer and systems knowledge
• Teamwork orientation and leadership aptitude
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to collect and analyze operational data
