About the role
The EIC Intern role at Cushman & Wakefield supports Investment Risk Monitoring, Technical Due Diligence, and Lender’s Engineering within the Indian real estate sector. What you’ll do
- Conducting technical due diligence and lender’s engineering assignments
- Carrying out physical site visits to gather primary information and monitor project progress
- Reviewing project timelines, budgets, and costs, and highlighting variances between planned and actual progress
- Evaluating project risk parameters and preparing structured reports
- Reviewing approvals, statutory compliances, and construction documentation
- Preparing and assessing detailed project cost estimates, schedules, BOQs/BBS, etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants during assignments
- Ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to defined processes
What you’ll bring
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Project management and organizational skills
- Team player with effective coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (basic to advanced)
Nice to have
- Freshers from reputed/premium engineering colleges preferred
- 1 year of site experience with a developer or consultant will be an advantage
- Experience or exposure to the Indian real estate sector preferred
