Agentic AI organization at DigitalOcean provides a powerful inference cloud, Managed Agents, and robust Feedback systems for scalable AI workloads. The Senior Technical Program Manager drives end‑to‑end delivery of the Feedback Systems charter, aligning engineering, product, and operations, building automated workflows, and removing blockers to keep teams moving. Hyderabad, hybrid (3 days onsite), with relocation support and competitive benefits.

What you’ll do

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to define scope, timelines, and metrics
• Facilitate cross‑team communication and align priorities and dependencies
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and clear blockers
• Implement and refine program management best practices and automation
• Create custom tools, scripts, and reporting frameworks for efficiency
• Track and communicate program progress to stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement and accountability across teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years technical program or project management in cloud/AI/infra
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and SaaS
• Advanced proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority
• Exceptional communication simplifying complex technical concepts
• Experience building custom dashboards, scripts, or automated reporting
• PMP or CSM certification preferred
• Experience scaling engineering operations
