Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Threat Research & Platform Engineering team at Qualys drives cross‑functional cybersecurity programs. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery, defines scope, milestones and KPIs, and translates technical work into business outcomes. Works with research, product and engineering stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies and reporting, based in Pune with on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Define program scope, success criteria and multi‑quarter plans
• Drive on‑time delivery across research, product and platform teams
• Own program governance, milestone tracking and execution cadence
• Act as primary interface between Threat Research, Product Management and Platform Engineering
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks
• Design and maintain automated dashboards using JIRA, Tableau, SQL or Python
• Configure and optimize program management tools and documentation processes
• Lead continuous improvement of workflows and Agile practices

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years technical program or project management experience
• Strong expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
