Senior Executive, Project Management

About the role

Join Inizio Ignite's STEM Healthcare and Research Partnership divisions to deliver strategic market research insights for global life sciences clients. As a Senior Executive, you will manage quantitative fieldwork, negotiate supplier costs, and coordinate project timelines in Gurugram. This hybrid role requires over two years of experience in healthcare market research project management.

What you’ll do

• Cost and oversee the set up and management of fieldwork and data collection
• Source, obtain, and negotiate commercially advantageous costs from external suppliers
• Oversee the smooth running of fieldwork management and successful handover of deliverables
• Coordinate Data Processing work based on provided specs and templates
• Own, coordinate, and update project timelines with internal and external stakeholders
• Take ownership for coordinating project team meetings
• Manage client and supplier Statements of Work and invoice management
• Handle Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting

What you’ll bring

• More than 2 years of experience in market research project management (quantitative research)
• Experience managing healthcare market research projects
• Knowledge of the fieldwork agency landscape
• Strong project management skills including timeline adherence and troubleshooting
