About the role

What you’ll do
- Develop and execute category sourcing strategies
- Lead supplier identification, qualification, negotiation and onboarding
- Drive commercial negotiations on pricing and contracts
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing decisions
- Monitor market trends and supply risks
- Manage RFx processes and supplier selection
- Establish supplier scorecards and performance governance
- Mentor team members and standardize sourcing processes
