What you’ll do
- Architect and lead design of IBM Sterling OMS solutions
- Guide a team of 3‑10 developers in implementation and customization
- Integrate OMS with ERP, WMS, CRM and payment systems
- Develop Java microservices and REST/SOAP APIs
- Oversee cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration
- Manage L2/L3 production support and incident resolution
- Mentor on‑shore and off‑shore engineers
- Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years overall software development experience
- 4-6 years hands‑on IBM Sterling OMS
- Strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot expertise
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes
- SQL proficiency with Oracle or DB2
- Retail/e‑commerce domain knowledge
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
