About the role
EY’s L&D VTH team seeks an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning solutions and mentor content teams. The role involves designing interventions, measuring effectiveness, and leading projects in Trivandrum or Kochi. This is a hybrid position requiring strong instructional design expertise.
What you’ll do
- Design learning solutions based on client requirements
- Develop various types of learning interventions for business needs
- Measure effectiveness of learning solutions
- Create proposals, design documents, and development guidelines
- Mentor the content team and provide training
- Lead project teams and manage multiple concurrent activities
What you’ll bring
- 8 to 12 years’ experience in Instructional Designing
- Completed Graduation in any domain
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
- Knowledge of LMS and LCMS platforms
- Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
