What you’ll do
- Drive product and marketing initiatives launched by central product team
- Service trade‑related queries and requirements by liaising with operations, product, and central teams
- Achieve income and foreign currency throughput targets for trade forex products
- Manage portfolio quality including digital activation, product penetration, and average monthly balance
- Support customer acquisition through joint calls with sales team
- Impart training to sales and relationship teams as subject‑matter expert
- Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers
- Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and channel feedback
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management
