About the role
Capgemini seeks a SAP EC Payroll Consultant to configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for global clients. The role involves designing payroll schemas, managing data migration, and ensuring statutory compliance across locations in Bangalore, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. This is a contract position requiring significant hands-on experience with payroll processes and integrations.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze payroll business requirements
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Design payroll schemas, rules, and wage types
- Configure time evaluation and statutory requirements
- Support payroll control center and process optimization
- Perform testing, UAT support, and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide production support
- Collaborate on interfaces and data migration
What you’ll bring
- 6-12 years overall SAP HCM experience
- Minimum 4+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Experience with payroll data migration and cutover
