Senior SAP ECP Consultant

About the role

Altivate’s Senior SAP ECP Consultant drives the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors and SAP ECC. The role manages CPI and SFAPI connections, oversees data replication from SF EC to ECC, troubleshoots integration issues, and collaborates with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize payroll operations. Onsite in Hyderabad/Kerala, the position requires occasional travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure, and implement SAP ECP solutions
• Manage CPI and SFAPI integrations
• Ensure accurate SF EC to ECC data replication
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP ECP and HCM Payroll
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer
• Prepare technical documentation and test cases

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/HR
• 8+ years SAP ECP experience
• Expertise in CPI and SFAPI
• Strong knowledge of SF EC to ECC replication
• SAP Payroll experience
• Analytical & problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
