About the role

The Director of Delivery will lead engineering and delivery operations in Ahmedabad, overseeing a team of 25-30 engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology delivery, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team management. Responsibilities include project governance, resource planning, and talent development. The position requires evening availability for US time zone collaboration.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects
  • Coordinate between India team and US-based stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Oversee sprint planning, scrum ceremonies, and delivery reporting
  • Manage team capacity and project staffing
  • Define and implement delivery best practices and KPIs
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling efforts
  • Ensure effective communication with US teams and clients

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years in technology delivery, 3+ years in senior leadership
  • Experience managing distributed or global teams in consulting
  • Expertise in agile delivery and project governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of software development or cloud environments
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working with US-based clients and stakeholders
