About the role
Revenue Operations - Global Business Intelligence at Diebold Nixdorf builds scalable reporting and analytics solutions for the company's worldwide revenue streams. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst owns end‑to‑end reporting lifecycle, designs data models in Microsoft Fabric, creates Power BI dashboards, and drives user adoption through training and documentation. Mumbai office, on‑site work model, collaboration with international stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Own and improve an assigned reporting and analytics domain
- Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards
- Integrate new data sources and ensure data quality and governance
- Promote self‑service analytics via stakeholder training and documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years BI/Analytics experience
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- ETL and data warehousing using Fabric lakehouses
- Data modeling with Fabric semantic models and advanced DAX
- Report development with Power BI Desktop
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Python and machine learning knowledge (plus)
