About the role

Senior Business Intelligence Manager at Paytm Money, driving insights that shape product and business decisions across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. Works closely with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to translate data into actionable intelligence, beyond dashboards to explain why things happen and what to do next. Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, on-site with immediate joining.

What you’ll do

• Own and drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Partner with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage
• Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports
• Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes
• Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 7-12 years Business Intelligence/Analytics experience
• SQL expertise
• BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Product metrics & funnel analysis
• A/B testing knowledge
• Python/R for advanced analysis
• Domain exposure to FinTech/Payments/Investments
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders
