Human Resources at Accenture drives modern HR practices to deliver high‑touch, personalized experiences for employees. The Employee Relations & Policies Specialist manages end‑to‑end employee matters, conducts investigations, advises leaders, and ensures policy compliance while leveraging data insights for continuous improvement. Hyderabad office, on‑site work model, with opportunities to influence global HR policy and risk governance.

What you’ll do

• Manage employee relations cases including performance, misconduct, grievances, and exits
• Conduct or support workplace investigations with Corporate Investigations and GCCM teams
• Interpret and govern global and local policies, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements
• Provide advisory support to business leaders and HR partners on conduct and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with security, legal, and compliance teams on data privacy and regulatory matters
• Analyze ER trends and develop preventive interventions and leadership insights

What you’ll bring

• MBA in HR/Business Management or Law
• 5-7 years experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or Labor Relations
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in matrixed, large‑scale organizations (preferred)
