The Employee Relations Manager independently designs and implements employee relations initiatives, analyzes feedback data, mitigates risks, and leads large‑scale projects while handling time‑sensitive issues. Bangalore, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own and advance employee relations programs to ensure fair treatment
• Partner with Field Operations and HR to design people programs and analyze feedback
• Identify and mitigate risks through data‑driven recommendations
• Lead large‑scale network projects improving associate experience
• Develop and deliver high‑impact training sessions
• Produce concise written communications for problem solving
• Conduct ER vulnerability assessments and crisis‑oriented issue resolution
• Travel domestically as required

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Law, or related field
• 5+ years employee or labor relations experience

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management
• 6+ years relevant professional experience
