- Maintain network by ensuring availability of network elements in Jiocenters
- Analyze network availability gaps and take corrective actions
- Conduct drive tests and create action plans based on analysis
- Ascertain timely delivery of material at sites
- Check key network performance indicators and take corrective measures
- Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on a regular basis
- Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements
