About the role

What you’ll do
- Maintain network by ensuring availability of network elements in Jiocenters
- Analyze network availability gaps and take corrective actions
- Conduct drive tests and create action plans based on analysis
- Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity
- Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements
- Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on a regular basis
- Validate and ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets from the Network Operations Center
- Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plans and carry out joint field surveys to verify route, equipment, and structure
