About the role
Customer Success team at FieldAssist, a SaaS platform transforming route‑to‑market for CPG brands, drives client roadmap execution and product adoption. The Sr. Executive – Project Management collaborates with client project heads, prepares BRDs/PRDs, manages internal stakeholders, and oversees end‑to‑end delivery of new product features while ensuring client satisfaction through regular reviews. Gurugram, India, on‑site role with potential relocation support.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with client project heads to understand roadmap and objectives
- Prepare and align BRDs and PRDs for clarity
- Manage internal product and QA teams for effective communication
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of new product modules and pilots
- Conduct weekly GTMs and monthly business reviews to ensure client health
- Integrate and manage product and client databases
- Demonstrate API use cases and debug with Postman
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years Business Analyst experience
- Strong project management methodology knowledge
- Proficiency with API integration tools like Postman
- SQL query writing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of commercial and financial aspects of projects
- Experience managing teams and employee development
