About the role

Aspire Software India R&D team builds scalable web applications and component libraries. The Fullstack Developer creates responsive front‑end experiences with React, integrates APIs, and ensures performance, SEO, and accessibility. Works remotely from India, collaborating with product managers, designers, and back‑end engineers.

What you’ll do

• Implement UI/UX designs into pixel‑perfect code
• Develop and maintain front‑end components using React
• Integrate front‑end with back‑end services and APIs
• Optimize performance, SEO, and responsive design
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to component libraries and design systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back‑end engineers
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards

What you’ll bring

• 5 years software development experience
• Proficient in React and ASP.NET Core (C#)
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Microsoft SQL Server and Git
• Unit testing with Jest and API testing with Postman
• OAuth2/JWT authentication
• Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
