About the role

Package Implementation Team at LTM LIMITED focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP Group Reporting solutions for complex finance processes. The Senior Specialist leads agile SAP project methodology, designs and configures Group Reporting, and drives workshops and technical implementations. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site role with shift 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP Group Reporting implementation projects from design to go‑live
• Conduct business workshops to gather requirements and propose TO‑BE processes
• Configure and test Group Reporting objects, master data, and consolidation rules
• Manage data migration, currency translation, and reconciliation across legal entities
• Oversee team direction in complex cases and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years SAP BPC/Group Reporting implementation
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO)
• Expertise in agile SAP project methodology
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge in Group Reporting
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Hands‑on experience with integration to SAC, BW, and Fiori
