Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

About the role

Package Implementation team at LTM LIMITED builds and supports Oracle EBS HRMS payroll solutions for global clients. The Senior Specialist configures Core HR, Absence Management and Payroll modules, gathers requirements, performs gap analysis and provides production support. Role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, collaborating with business stakeholders and project managers across Middle East payroll environments.

What you’ll do

• Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Support payroll runs, validations, reconciliations and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers
• Provide production support and resolve critical issues
• Conduct UAT support and deployment activities
• Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials

What you’ll bring

• 7-11 years Oracle EBS HRMS experience
• Strong experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll modules
• Implementation support, enhancement and troubleshooting
• Experience with global HR and payroll processes, preferably Middle East
• Fast Formula development
• Functional configuration and payroll processing
• Oracle HRMS data migration
