About the role

Principal Workday Analyst on AspenTech’s Business Applications team. Owns end‑to‑end operations of the Workday platform—Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Integrations—ensuring 24x7 stability for a global organization. Leads a small team of analysts, drives ITSM processes, and mentors junior staff while collaborating with HR, IT, and finance leaders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. Pune, India, on‑site.

What you’ll do

Lead operational management of Workday platform
Own service desk and ticket resolution
Design and configure Workday processes and security
Build and troubleshoot integrations
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support release management and change tickets
Mentor junior analysts
Collaborate with audit and compliance teams

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
8+ years of progressive HRIS experience
5+ years hands‑on Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Integrations, Payroll, Security, Talent

Nice to have

Experience managing a small Workday analyst team
24x7 platform operations for global org
Advanced Compensation or Performance Management knowledge
