About the role
Hexnode Presales team drives the technical discovery and solution design for enterprise security and UEM customers. The Presales Consultant leads architecture workshops, delivers executive demos and POCs, and guides customers from initial use‑case mapping through successful implementation. Bengaluru, On-site, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define security architectures
- Conduct executive product demonstrations and orchestrate POCs
- Provide technical advisory to CTOs, CISOs and IT Directors
- Manage RFP/RFI responses and ensure competitive documentation
- Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap
- Oversee transition from presales to implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years presales or solutions architecture experience
- Deep expertise in UEM, MDM or RMM
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security and device management
- Proven ability to engage C‑level executives
- Experience delivering demos and complex POCs
Nice to have
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
