Clinical Sales Executive

About the role

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-ass surgery, seeks a Clinical Sales Executive to maximize utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System. The role involves developing strategies to drive system adoption, training OR staff, and supporting sales goals within the Mumbai territory. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Develop strategy to drive utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System
• Become an expert across primary surgical specialties to support robotics programs
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
• Train and develop OR staff in pre, intra, and postoperative system management
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4-10 years prior sales experience in medical devices
• Ability to excel in high-energy environments
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience leading surgical teams through training sessions
• Knowledge of system operations and OR integration
