About the role
Business Process Services team at TCS focuses on strategic sourcing and procurement excellence. The Category Management Sr. Team Member drives end‑to‑end sourcing events, creates tender documents, negotiates contracts, and ensures supplier quality across indirect categories such as advertising, marketing, travel, and facilities. Based in Nagpur with a flexible rotational/night shift schedule, this on‑site role requires hands‑on SAP ERP experience and strong stakeholder liaison.
What you’ll do
- Manage sourcing events from planning to execution
- Develop business cases and secure financial approvals
- Create and align commercial tender documents with business requirements
- Oversee low‑value sourcing events per policy
- Evaluate and select suppliers in compliance with policies
- Perform quality assurance on contracts
- Upload and maintain e‑Commercial contracts
- Liaise with clients regarding policy changes
