About the role
GL South team at Bajaj Finance Limited drives growth of consumer gold loan business. The Senior Relationship Executive leads branch operations, field‑marketing, gold valuation and NPA control while coaching staff and expanding the customer base. Based in Malavalli, Mysore Road, on‑site role with full leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Oversee overall branch operations, performance and profitability
- Plan and execute field‑marketing activities to generate leads
- Conduct accurate gold ornament valuation and ensure compliance
- Manage vault custody and safeguard pledged securities
- Control NPAs through proactive customer follow‑ups
- Hire, coach, mentor and train branch staff
- Prepare business performance reports and drive growth initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Gold loan banking or product experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Gold loan valuation and appraisal expertise
- Experience managing branch profitability and team performance
- Ability to drive field‑marketing initiatives
