What you’ll do
- Lead and support execution of large, complex structural projects
- Provide technical judgment and guidance on critical engineering decisions
- Review, validate, and guide work of structural engineers and designers
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, global teams, and clients
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels
- Build and shape high-performing structural team in India
- Promote collaboration and standardized practices across offices
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years structural engineering experience
- Leadership in multidisciplinary coordination
- Experience with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, AISC 341)
- Proficiency in RISA, RAM, or STAAD
- BIM tools (Revit or Tekla)
- AI‑driven engineering tools
- PE license preferred
- Fluent in English
