V&V Engineer for AI

About the role

Quest Global is hiring a V&V Engineer for AI in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India to validate software applications and ensure product quality through automated testing. Day-to-day work includes designing and maintaining automated test scripts, executing functional, regression, integration, and system testing, creating test plans and reports, tracking defects, collaborating with development teams, enhancing test automation frameworks, and supporting CI/CD-based test execution. The role requires strong Python programming experience and hands-on Selenium WebDriver skills.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Identify, track, and report defects
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in test automation framework enhancements
• Support CI/CD-based test execution

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in Automation Testing
• Good understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Knowledge of Git/version control systems
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
