Process Lead

About the role

The Process Lead in Mumbai, India is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and health of the PI Data Archive, AF Server, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces. Day-to-day work includes providing L2/L3 support, monitoring system performance, proactively resolving data flow and stability issues, and performing routine health checks and capacity monitoring. The role also involves strict control over PI tag creation, configuring and deploying new data interfaces, troubleshooting data gaps and latency, and performing data backfilling for historical continuity.

What you’ll do

• Ensure continuous availability and health of PI Data Archive, AF Server, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces
• Provide L2/L3 support for PI systems
• Ensure strict control over PI tag creation, adherence to naming standards, and avoid duplication
• Perform periodic tag rationalization to optimize system performance and data usability
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues impacting data flow and system stability
• Ensure vulnerability mitigations with regular patch upgrades
• Perform routine system health checks and capacity monitoring
• Monitor and maintain data interfaces including OPC DA/HDA, UFL, and RDBMS connectors

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with PI Data Archive, AF Server, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces
• Ability to provide L2/L3 support
• Knowledge of PI tag creation and naming standards
• Experience with system performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Familiarity with vulnerability mitigation and patch upgrades
• Experience with OPC DA/HDA, UFL, and RDBMS connectors
• Ability to configure and deploy new interfaces for data sources
