What you’ll do
- Monitor and maintain health and performance of technical infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and manage systems and applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root‑cause analysis
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams for system reliability
- Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks
- Participate in capacity planning and system upgrades
- Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Provide 24/7 on‑call support for critical system availability
What you’ll bring
- 3-8 years experience
- B.Tech/B.E in CS, IT, or ECE
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Understanding of networking protocols
- Version control using Git
