What you’ll do
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of technical infrastructure
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing systems and applications
- Respond to technical issues and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams for system reliability
- Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks
- Participate in capacity planning and system upgrades for infrastructure growth
- Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Provide 24/7 on-call support to maintain critical system availability
What you’ll bring
- B.Tech / B.E in CS, IT, or ECE (preferable)
- 3 - 8 years of experience
- Proficient in managing IT infrastructure
- Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Understanding of networking protocols and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
