About the role
Digital Office at HDFC ERGO drives non‑HDFC Bank business across health, motor and other lines of business. The Officer, Open Market Agency will recruit, engage and activate agencies, OEMs and bancassurance partners, monitor performance metrics, and report business results daily. Based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, this role is onsite at the Digital Office.
What you’ll do
- Drive non‑HDFC Bank business in the Digital Office
- Recruit, engage and activate agencies, OEMs and bancassurance partners
- Monitor agency performance and key metrics
- Achieve top‑line and renewal targets
- Produce morning and evening business reports
What you’ll bring
- 1-5 years experience in insurance agency management
- Experience recruiting and activating agency partners
- Knowledge of health and motor insurance products
- Ability to monitor and report business metrics
- Experience driving top‑line targets and renewals
