What you’ll do
- Lead engineering team on small projects
- Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses
- Prepare clear design calculations and reports
- Manage time to meet deadlines and budgets
- Communicate complex issues clearly
- Mentor and train engineers
- Assist MOPEX offices on projects
- Coordinate with other disciplines for design input
- Perform engineering checks on drafting and designs
- Prepare technical bid evaluations and vendor data reviews
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering
- 8‑15 years oil & gas experience with major contractor/consultant
- Registered Professional Engineer or professional society member
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards and specifications
- Proficient in engineering software
- Independent work capability
- Good English communication skills
- HSE, TQM, and cost‑conscious mindset
- Technical structural knowledge
- Organizational, motivational, and supervisory skills
