About the role

Engineering Department at ISGEC Heavy Engineering focuses on designing and delivering robust skid‑mounted and modular industrial structures. The Structure Senior Engineer leads structural design and analysis, prepares calculations in STAAD Pro, manages subcontractors, and ensures quality and schedule compliance. Based in Noida, on‑site role with moderate travel within India and abroad.

What you’ll do

Lead structural design and analysis of skid‑mounted and modular systems
Prepare and review design calculations, cost estimates, and load data
Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
Develop lifting, handling, and transportation studies
Produce design reports and obtain client approvals
Oversee fabrication drawings, shop assembly, and as‑built documentation
Control steel quantities within budget and schedule

What you’ll bring

Familiarity with skids and modules
Hands‑on STAAD Pro and connection design tools
Knowledge of Indian, Euro, British and American standards
Experience in basic steel structure design and detail review
Managing engineering subcontractors efficiently
Responsible for structural calculations and quality
Strong analytical skills
