About the role

What you’ll do

  • Critical thought leader in overall AWS, Azure and Cloud Automation architectures
  • Applies industry best practices, architecture and design elements to meet BU needs and enterprise risk & governance
  • Represent Global Technology in all BU engagements
  • Understand operational delivery aspects such as ITIL
  • Lead direction on improvement, innovation and future roadmap of EXL cloud environments
  • Communicate initiatives, roadmaps & plans for c-suite leadership
  • Lead UC and GT teams across the organization in cloud enhancement and process refinement
