About the role

The Graduate Engineer Trainee assists with process documentation, validation, equipment qualification, shop‑floor execution, and operator training while learning from experienced engineers. Bengaluru, on-site role developing hands‑on manufacturing engineering skills.
What you’ll do
- Support product transfer and manufacturing localization activities
- Create and maintain process documentation, validation protocols, and work instructions
- Assist in planning and executing process and equipment validations
- Provide hands‑on shop‑floor support during ramp‑up
- Participate in process improvement and Lean initiatives
- Support training and qualification of manufacturing operators
- Verify documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering
- Recent graduate or early‑career engineer
- Willingness to work on shop‑floor supporting validation and production
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Collaborative team player
